It's a good company for learner and the atmosphere of work is very good . Here management is so helpful and friendly.

Dopet facility is good.acomondation is also good.salary is also good

Manegment is not good. All Kerala people are siting in top lebel not good. And mainly Mr santaiya is very very bad maneger.if manegment want to save dopet then kick out santaiya from dopet outher waise he eat dopet.

JobTraining is good, job security avarage, salary is very low, travel allowance not,here too much kerela states Politics, learning is good,work environment is good,innovation is avarage,work life is good because low salary.

Everyday iam traveling from Doha To Ras Luffan site almost 3.30hrs per day. when everyone get 8+4 hrs for overtime but iam getting 8+1hr It means they don't consider my travel hours, they follow only the finger print punch time. I lost so many hours in last one and half years. Project manager is not listening the issues. I tried and failed. Whenever they call site, they used to say just few days only work after that they send me other locations. Roaming in Qatar by loosing my work hours..
