...nisation which gives you the freedom to take ownership and deliver with quality. No micro management, no late hours, decent salary way better than market standards and top notch IT applications and products we use, which are way ahead of most of the IT companies. People who gave 1 star or the negative comments are the ones who were not able to deliver and had terrible performance issues and that’s how the rant is.

...dian company. No transparency in communication and thinks of everyone as a fool. They will pay you thinking that they own you for life. Your work will be devalued always.

Doehler Truly believes in its people, I've had the chance to take on new challenges, expand my skill set, grow and own several initiatives at a fast pace. Leadership is approachable, open to feedback and actively encourages innovation. The organization and management are really supportive and guide you where needed! Collaboration with German counterparts too is extremely good! New Ideas are welcomed here and opportunity to create an impact is huge!

Company and company outlook look good. It will be growing. Change in management is helping but long way to go ahead to change it own ideology for employee.

In most cases, you have to follow senior orders and they are not open to lesson, although they always say they are open to lesson.
