Management and implementation of commercial projects in SAP CX environment
Be the contact person for your area of responsibility (Account Management & Marketing) and support the business in day-to-day operations
Consulting the business and designing IT processes in the commercial area
Implementing best practice processes and organizational models in SAP Sales & Service Cloud and integrating them into the associated SAP CX components and S4 HANA SD or MDM processes
Close cooperation and collaboration with internal colleagues and external partners to create and implement a global IT commercial strategy
Think outside the box and identify IT trends and innovations
Requirements
Bachelor or Masters degree in (Business) Informatics (or comparable) or a relevant higher education degree in applied sciences
In-depth knowhow and experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud implementation projects (5+ years)
Very good understanding of Sales & Marketing E2E processes and terminology (Account Management, Sales planning, Sales Execution)
Broader overview & continuous learning mentality of SAP CX landscape (EMARSYS, CDP, CDC)
Experience with S4 HANA module SD and Business Partners is desirable
Experience with integration, data migration and ABAP Dictionary is desirable
Ability to work analytically, conceptually and with a certain hands-on mentality
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
