.... Some of the people are hired for watching others and giving informations only. In single mistake, they will cut your bonus. No policy for promotions. Nothing that will give you excitement and growth. Buttering and massaging is important.

- Incredibly powerful product that's serving a core need in the market and saving business owners a ton of money - The company is growing on a weekly basis in both the number of customers and employee headcount while maintaining an incredibly low churn rate. - You actually feel like you are part of a team working towards the same mission. - Everyone in the company is easily accessible - low bureaucratic environment. - There's significantly more job stability here than other early-stage startups may have to offer.

Dislikes

- It is a startup that is actually growing which comes with its own set of challenges that all highly successful startups face - It is up to you to figure things out, your not going to get hand-held or micromanaged for you to get up to speed

Likes

A lot of learning with proper time for personal life. Internal environment is fabulous. No politics, if you work properly, you will get timely and according promotion and hike.

Dislikes

As it is US based company, sometime we have to work at night to communicate with clients. But it's amazing as well if you like interactive with people.
