It' a small call centre providing service to us based financial leading...for freshers it ok but people with experience in big companies it's not suitable...

They dint pay me December 24 salary because I didn't work accordingly to their will and wish ...it shows their revengeful attitude...and non of the managers have professional work ethics

... initial traning days I felt so comfortable about the working hours and faculty. I have received a good welcome and salary was also good

It would be great, if they could provided us an option to work from home

Nothing to like about this organization, they only do frauds and scams. They claim that they deal with us client were they provide loans all records were fake and am doubting about us citizens data they can do anything with that

Viveja IT Services Pvt Ltd took 3 rounds of interview over call and confirm me job and after discussing salary package sent me a offer letter through mail and asked to to join on Monday (24/04/2023) after going there they collected documents and conducted a casual JAM and later saying that they cannot continue with me on asking about what about the offer letter which they sent, there response was like it's just for formality

Initially they will interview rounds just through phone calls and issues you a temporary offer letter to attract candidates with immediate joining date,Don't get into trap guys. After joining in organization they give jst 2-4 days of training and they keep assessments and mock calls which are taken by English professionals and max they will reject the candidates in the mock call test and they will tell us to leave and they don't even give the salary of those 4-5 days. Even if you pass these test still there is no job security and might ask you to leave at any point of time. The environment is also worst they treat employees with no respect. There are no other activities in this organisation they just work as a robots. Please guys no one comes here and post about it but I'm just posting here by taking my time and I would tell you guys that don't ever join this kind of organisation with no job security.

Nothing Just nothing at all because in this company they won’t be looking into your work or productivity they all want whom your are talking with whom you are chatting and all about your personal life

Everything everyone in this office will be involved in your personal life issues and they only give appraisal only those who backstab employees by giving all the information and talk between agent to agent
