Corporate politics too much If an employee wants to resign due to lack of salary increment and late salary and they want that employee they will be given the increment before appraisal. because of no increment or late salary and wants that employee then they will give the hike ithe other than they not give.

1) Salary is not on time on each month there is always delay. 2)No skills development. 3) There is no such benifits for employees instead of written in offer Letter, they will never provide you.
