...sation is less, they are even not ready to pay you as per the market standard. - They deduct money (2k from 25k monthly salary in Bangalore) only because you don't attend the CEO's call after the office hours. - CEO humiliates you and say "how dare she said she is out for dinner and will reply me later" like I had no life that too on weekends. - CEO humiliates you and discourage you by saying that your work is pathetic and you yet not doing the average work. I mean please fire the employee if they are not doing good work. - They track you emails (how can any company do that) - Well, they can do because they are good at harassing good talent and exploiting them in terms of salary, shift timings, workload. - No career growth as they are always pulling you down

This company is open to innovation and adopt the new technologies. Every quarter will evaluate the tech stack and take new challenges to meet up to the industry standards. Team collaboration is very good. Every employee will get an opportunity to learn new things and find their own path to grow in career. Employees will get an opportunity to work directly with management team. Very transparent company and there is no scope for any politics. We do get enough support to manage work-life balance. I am a mother of a baby who is working in the company from past 8 years with out having a career break, This is all because of the support what I got from our Management. When you want to start your career initial days are important. This is the time you need a good mentor who can explain and help you. As a company DocEngage given me that kind of support and my founders are always stayed as my back support on every situation or incident happened in my life professionally or personally. The company is open to innovation and adopting the changes. I always love to be a part of this company. I joined as Implementation Engineer in DocEngage as a fresher, initially my seniors has given training on the work and given back support to me when I faced challenges. And even Management helped me at the work, health issues during my covid time and in many aspects. I have grown and learnt many things from the whole team and got the ability to handle all the challenges and now I became a 'Customer Success Team Manager'.
