This company is open to innovation and adopt the new technologies. Every quarter will evaluate the tech stack and take new challenges to meet up to the industry standards. Team collaboration is very good. Every employee will get an opportunity to learn new things and find their own path to grow in career. Employees will get an opportunity to work directly with management team. Very transparent company and there is no scope for any politics. We do get enough support to manage work-life balance. I am a mother of a baby who is working in the company from past 8 years with out having a career break, This is all because of the support what I got from our Management.
