Nothing, nothing to like about this company. If fact this doesn't even felt like a real company.

...trict from 9 AM to 5 PM and sometime even more than that Little to no holidays Cut salary if not present I will never reccomend this company

...igned with 3500 words jobs. Even those jobs are not in the main allocation list. This company only know about salary deduction of writers. They don't have any work ethics.

No likes every thing is disliked. If you want to learn core skills software based then only you should join there. Otherwise don't join you will regret.

...et only promotion if you do chamchagiri your seniors or top management people's. No increment in salary. Salary is very late, it is third to fourth week of every month. If you want to resign from this company then also you will not get payment of notice period. You will have to suffer with requesting disbursing salary of your hard earned money. Nothing like about company.

The environment of the company is good and my colleagues were very friendly to me.

...t of the company is bad. They won't let you take leave in Saturdays and Mondays. And if you take a sudden leave then they will cut your 2days salary. They will allocate you with some bad project's and you can't say no.

...ollow any labour law, HR hardly having any knowledge of the role she is playing. If an employee takes an emergency leave due his/her illness HR deducts 2 days of payment from employees salary. If company unable to provide job in first work hours and allocate after one or two hours later still they pressures employees to strech the shift hours to complete the target.

Dislikes

HR doesn't take care of employees concern, employees used to take alcohols inside the workplace, team leads don't help candidate rather they criticise. Coworkers doesn't respect women rather often they use unparliamentary word inside the workplace.
