Dmart culture & job structural responsibility as per roll very Good
Dislikes
State wise transfer and as per inflation in the India overall education and all allmost 8 to 9 % but salary increament as per criteria 6 to 7 % average .
If state transfer doing as company business requirements then need to give minimum kids education fees which increased due to transfer .
No employee welfare, No tea, No lunch, no bonus, No leave on festival, No employees engagement activities. Appraisal based on superiar opinion not based on your performance
Growth is very slow
They can transfer you anytime anywhere.
