Sometimes overtime work 1-hour work extra during stocktake without payment. Random day holiday a week after 8 days, senior forget freshers holiday if reminded they say take holiday in next week. (Got holiday after 2 weeks and if u take holiday yourself they say the will cut your money) senior team leader working 7+ years but still can't do their job properly and always late briefing. Forced to work on shift they decide, no shift or timing change for online education or another part-time job Very low growth opportunity (sales associate working for 6+ years still not promoted)

Good community and thier best visions. Company provides salary at time and bonus every year also gave stocktakes payment extra in salary

Thier officers are not responsible they always egnore staff queries and officers are targetting this staff who complaint thier sineor officers. Their environment distributed by this officers.

Dmart company is good but there rules are very different so I'm not comfortable to this company my skill is computer I'm interested and enjoy computer work so dmart no provide computer job then I'm quite this job
