State wise transfer and as per inflation in the India overall education and all allmost 8 to 9 % but salary increament as per criteria 6 to 7 % average . If state transfer doing as company business requirements then need to give minimum kids education fees which increased due to transfer .

Management will believe hearing from other employees and they will judge the person with using their brains. Biggest mistake carrying all the seniors. Company is listed but there working style like a proprietorship company
