Harass contractor for bills and hold their bills every time in the name of Audit etc. 4. Doesn't give proper appraisal or feedback to management 5. Most of the time goes for wrong methods to finish works which is against ethics and work methodology. I request CEO to terminate such seniors who are responsible for loss of good employees from MEP Project team.
