State wise transfer and as per inflation in the India overall education and all allmost 8 to 9 % but salary increament as per criteria 6 to 7 % average . If state transfer doing as company business requirements then need to give minimum kids education fees which increased due to transfer .

Management will believe hearing from other employees and they will judge the person with using their brains. Biggest mistake carrying all the seniors.
