Ontime salary...advanced software systems..it is useful for learning purpose.

There is even no a cup of coffee for employee relaxation..continously work which affects mental health as well as physically for employees at shop floor.

People who seems to be good DGM HR,CH OPS,CHRM are the ones spoiling a womens career..no female growth

...ially that too in different cities. there is no future for female HR officers...just sit for years ,take salary ..that's it.No growth.average 2000 rs hike per year Company promote 10th pass to officers than managers ..no education at all,cant even understand a mail.English is out of campus...totally local language ..

You can learn so many thing from here Flexibility also there After working there you will be a Multitasker bcz you have to do so many things in a one time

...10-11 hours bcz your workload is beyond the limit. No family time Strict rules According to work salary is too less Promotion is like a drop of ocean You you want to be a Multitasker and want to learn so many thing you can join dmart But remember your communication skill will be zero there while working

...or an HR. 2. Lowest paid employees in the industry with huge amount of workload. ( A 35-40K job is given 15-18k salary) 3. Low or no growth company. Appraisal process is biased and not at all transparent. 4. No work from home facility (not even in the pandemic) even for an HR who can work very easily from home. 5. They say "Working Hours not more than 9 hours" but employees have to work 12 hours or more sometimes which is unpaid.

Company is growing vastly in terms of business but it should concentrate on compensation to an employees too

Dislikes

Just OK. Higher management is getting huge benefits like filferage incentives, shares,etc., The company has to take a decision to reduce managers incentives and increase Incentives to Staff, then staff will concentrate and have an eye on thefting. If we give shares to new joiners the attrition rate will be reduced.
