1. Job is secured (unless you don't commit any mistake, fired on the spot on the judgment of just one or two level up management), otherwise job security is there. 2. Salary is credited on time.

1. Worst work Culture, you are suppressed with work load single handedly with no support from management for an HR. 2. Lowest paid employees in the industry with huge amount of workload. ( A 35-40K job is given 15-18k salary) 3. Low or no growth company. Appraisal process is biased and not at all transparent. 4. No work from home facility (not even in the pandemic) even for an HR who can work very easily from home. 5. They say "Working Hours not more than 9 hours" but employees have to work 12 hours or more sometimes which is unpaid....Read More
