...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 4 years before which you cannot resign.

Clean Tip top Setup.. Medical Officers Mainly Dr. S Basu, Dr. S Maji they are Very good as a Doctor and as a man. Very Polite behaviour.

Dislikes

Most of the Payments are done by Cheque. No Bank Transfer Facility. Politics in between staff's, Not free Minded.

Working under guidance of ex-CEO Mr. Dilip Ghosh Sir and the Chairman Dr. Dayanath Mishra Sir, ICCU MO in-charge Dr. Avijit Chaki Sir and other team members is really appreciable.. One can learn so much here.

Irresponsibility of some staff due to lack of knowledge.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
