Working days were 5 days in a week. Salary payment was mostly done on time. Management was empathetic.

Dislikes

Being a proprietorship firm, their company policies are amended as per the director's wish. An employee's job description can be changed as per their wish. They are a start-up firm so don't have regularity of business, hence making the credit stability of the firm uncertain. There can be funding issues as well. Very laid back attitude of operations. No facilities for employees. Not even a canteen to eat food neither good washroom facilities. For me personally there was no learning at all.

This is not a good company...His CEO(Rajiv Saini) is bad behaviors. Not providing timely salary after two months he gives and also give to travel allowances. After Resign not give Reveling letter to any employee also not settled PF amount.

Shift over at 5:30 pm. That's it.

Dislikes

CEO is an arrogant, rude and nonsense person. He doesn't know how to talk to a person even he uses abusive language with building watchman, and with DKPL staff as well even with female staff as well. Really he is a pathetic person and HR team don't take action because HR head is his younger brother, even he frightened from CEO.

team is great, job is completely secure even in lock down situation world wide we were getting our salaries and no threat for job loss was there and it was insured by our superiors to us.

Project was not very less and those projects are short term projects

Dislikes

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths. Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
