Since the company is very big, there is not so much pressure here like in other companies, the seniors are very experienced and helpful.

There is so much work, but the staff is not increasing due to which life balance is not possible, no vacancy is being filled anywhere due to which the burden is increasing. This is not effective in keeping any organization organized and organized.
