I am in 2 year and I like working in DJ SON'S CONSUMER GOODS PVT LTD because here everyone understands each other and there is more focus on how to increase sales, this is a good thing.

I like working in DJ SON'S CONSUMER GOODS PVT. and there are some things due to which I do not like working in the company.

Likes

Since the company is very big, there is not so much pressure here like in other companies, the seniors are very experienced and helpful.

Dislikes

There is so much work, but the staff is not increasing due to which life balance is not possible, no vacancy is being filled anywhere due to which the burden is increasing. This is not effective in keeping any organization organized and organized.
