Managers are good. Salary is less but incentives like night shift allowence is good.

Lot of work pressure. Lot of metrics targets you to achieve. Daily new policies. Continious work from shift start to end. Only 40 minutes of break.

Nothing there is no value to your work. Company does not appreciate on whatever contribution provided to the company

Everything. No good hike and no salary provided to what the employee deserve. High politics played. Does not allow one to grow with new knowledge.

You cannot take holiday when you wish to, you need to beg with your team leader. Not a good start for fresher at least. Based on this experience it is very difficult to get a job out.

Salary growth is not good. Lot of politics and if you are sick also they will not provide you leave, and work time not good.

...me. Not enough help from managers, they rarely reply back when a doubt is asked. Very less salary

Good opportunities for a fresher who has no other options than working in a tier 2 city , Interview is easy to crack . Fun on floor events and cultural events . No high pressure form managers . Flexible timings

Dislikes

Very low pay , too much repetitive work , no appreciation for any extra efforts that you put , future prospects are zero this is just a company for normal experience
