The work environment at this company is highly disappointing, with little to no regard for employee satisfaction. Upper management appears disconnected and lacks any skills to run the organization. Employees are subjected to long hours of overtime, frequent last-minute client site visits, and weekend work without any compensation. The company misleads new hires by inflating their offers with a bonus component, yet employees never receive these bonuses. Perks and benefits are non-existent, and workers are often expected to cover company expenses from their own pockets. When sent to client sites, employees endure poor living conditions and inadequate food arrangements, akin to being treated like daily wage laborers. Team leaders are part-timers and moonlighters with limited availability, leaving full-time staff to struggle under strict in-office requirements without support. The company has only a handful of projects, yet fails to meet deadlines consistently, having no capability to finish the projects, leaving clients frustrated. Employees are caught between unhappy clients and indifferent senior management, making the work experience incredibly stressful and unfulfilling. JOIN THIS COMPANY ONLY IF YOU HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO IN YOUR LIFE.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
