Enough free time. Ceo is a fool, all managers are idiots. They know nothing about anything. They intend to make money out of celebritie's income making horrible contracts and imposing bogus rules and giving false promises. They would do anything to make money. Tell lies, fake promises anything. They dont do any research about the market and are really fools to think they know business. So employees get a lot of free time and leisure.

It's not at all company , You won't get anything to learn here , your work won't be valued and you won't get enough pay and apraisal here , Spent 8 months here and wanted 8 months in my life . Office full of favourism and politics, if you want to start your career here just forget joining.

Worked as an online video executive (September 2021 - April 2022). I'll mention the pros and cons of working here: Pros: Literally nothing! Or maybe how a work or work place shouldn't be! Cons: They mentioned any degree as their eligibility. Actually, an 8th Pass and average English communication should be their eligibility. Poor work life balance. They won't hire any resources. Just make other employees work 10 + hours. If we ask them about the long working hours, they'll be fooling us in the name of a start-up company. This is a start-up company and it usually works long hours. This company started 8 + years ago and is still a start up? We won't be learning anything, because they won't teach us anything, because they don't know anything.. especially the channel manager. Experience from this company, especially this role, is an utter waste of time! If we are questioning the channel manager, then we'll be cornered. Because he likes only hardly working people (just like him) who say yes to whatever he says and those who work after working hours and will be available for him 24/7. Some co-workers will treat you based on the channel manager's opinion about you, just to be in his shade.
