One of the most arrogant management I have ever seen in my whole career. Choosing this company was a biggest mistake of my life. Everyone from Management to ICs are arrogant except 2-3 folks. All the interesting work is taken by people who are here from long time and rest of the prod garbage and unit tests are given to freshers. They have laid off QA for no reason and it feels there is no value for hard working people. If you are good at playing snake and ladder this is a good place, only thing is there is no ladder in this game.

No work life balance, ever individual should do night shift once in a month for a week, they lay off people with out any notice, full of work pressure all the time, there will never be a off time
