Accommodation and 4years apart salary was Good I think so.

There is a lot of politics, they treat production department employees like slavories.mental illness problems more in our organization.meanwhile I become like a solid rock.Finally any problems I deal minute pressure compare to other persons I think so.I face 6months problems in Production block.Now I know the value of life by suffering alot and hardworking.Proud to say Today my position was very respective because Iam a EHS Supervisor. Divis was good at work environment and provides the best job security, policies and management makes divis unique, appraisals are fair.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow due to management politics.

Good wotk environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is good.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.
