It's a workforce provider company, which Offers a good base salary as compare to other firms out there.

As long as deployed company is having contract with them they will keep your employment is alive, Bench is not there is Disys.No talks about appraisal.

Pathetic company to work with. They follow bulk hiring and bulk firing. Dont go for just because of salary. They will give you salary but after that they will make you work like a slave. They will also force you to work on sat sun. So just for the sake of money don’t ruin your mental peace.

They force people to put down resignation letter. So that they dnt need to terminate anyone and dnt need to compensate for the same.

They do not have many projects. When there is no client requirements, they will fire immediately from the job. They don't try to find another project also. This was done to me.

Worst micro-management policy they use multiple tools to monitor employees movement, system time track etc.. Even to go to the restroom you have to pass access doors and cameras that will track you in real-time in a tool. You feel like you are in a jail No HR will say about the micro management
