...e job security work culture mamagement and company polices of the organisation . The salary componant for Sr Officers like principal and Vice principal is fairly good . I am ready to work if chance is provide me to serve this institute in the capcacity of Principal. I amm possesing all the required skills which are essential for the job and has proved them in my service career of 34 years which is ending on 30 Aprail 2022 . It would be better for the Board of directors to review my Resume which will give them insight about my job profile which I have rendered in my deep career of 34 years

People mostly dislike me because they do not want to work . I have my own style of working where every worker should contribute rather than depend on others and follow others to do his/her job that is main reason people denny to work with me but those who have curiosity to learn and work always finding the ways and means to work with me

All staff are cooperative and friendly natured. Principal Sir gives opportunity for self learning and encourages to work sincerely for learners.

Dislikes

Environmental facilities for academical progress and infrastructural support is not sufficient for Co-Curricular activities

Likes

There is opportunity to do innovations in teaching and learning process of primary school children. The working environment is average.

Dislikes

Colleagues feel professional jealous.There is no career growth for the past 13 years.
