I was personally impressed the job security work culture mamagement and company polices of the organisation . The salary componant for Sr Officers like principal and Vice principal is fairly good . I am ready to work if chance is provide me to serve this institute in the capcacity of Principal. People mostly dislike me because they do not want to work . I have my own style of working where every worker should contribute rather than depend on others and follow others to do his/her job that is main reason people denny to work with me but those who have curiosity to learn and work always finding the ways and means to work with me
