You are given the freedom to try different things and that's very important. Top management is supportive of your endeavours. Team members are supportive and friendly. Overall a good company to work for.

Dislikes

Few people at various levels are polluting the environment by doing only impression management in front of leadership. These people don't let the ones who want to take Dineout to the next phase do their job. Very demotivating to see this crony culture at a product startup.

Being a part of BCCL and times group is the only best thing about DineOut

Dislikes

- Unstable Cloud POS Product. Like really messy code and same bugs are reported each time by the client. - No Learning. If you are a developer who wants to upskill yourself, this is not the kind of company. You will be just fixing bugs and doing things what your technical manager says so. If you think you can do a solution by yourself, instead of applauding, you will be judged till your entire tenure. - Culture is the worst. People in the same team does not like to talk to each other. There is a "Sir" culture in the company as well and if you don't follow the culture, you will be judged. This is for all the technical domains. - Coming to company wide innovation, there is nothing new which the company is showing or presenting to the customers. That is why they are lacking in the food tech to their competitors like pet puja etc.

Likes

The work culture is good. But the company processes are not yet in place. It keeps changing month on month. Which is super confusing for employees.

Dislikes

The work process. They find ways to make things difficult for the sales people. They should actually make their life easier.
