Likes

The company has been a leader in every aspect. At time when there is pay cuts everywhere, our company has not done pay cut. There is sanitization of premises happening almost everyday. All employees are given utmost care in these times of need.

Dislikes

Increment is the only negative point here. There is no concept of bonus and sometimes for 3-4 years there is no increment at all.

Likes

The company gives you enough time to settle down before pressing the accelerator. Another beautiful part is that you have full support from everyone every time thereby making the job very easy.

Untimely salary and non stop working. Seven days per week is bit too demanding.

If there is no job, you can work in this company, you should look for a good opportunity and then leave.

The accommodation facility is not good and When staying in a guest house, one has to pay the electricity bill and the food is absolutely useless, and when staying in a camp, there are no facilities, and neither do we get a car to go to the site or come to the office.
