You can work site work fast because so many machines are there.

Dislikes

No HR good policy. No Holiday. Salary 1 month delay. At site, If you can't bring labour contractor then your value is zero here, no matter how technical you are.

There is no need to do pending work from home, all work should be done in office

...ad working culture Slow promotion 6 days full work , no holiday except Sundays Delay salary.

Salary-Don’t expect in time may be it will take 40-45 days to get past month salary. Public holidays & sunday - Let’s take this out our life if you’re willing to work in DBL Employee welfare - it’s the saddest part in the company, never expect anything from HR.

I like the work-life Management here and Management staff is also so good that you can do the whole work independently by your own way , none of them make you bound to do the work by theirs way but it should be in the stipulated time with quality and accuracy.

Work culture is good but the delay in salary just make me bit worry.
