Being one of the old Cement manufacturing plant the culture here is really amazing and supportive. The human touch and care to nature & depending are always taken care which itself shows a positive vibes and energy. Feel lucky being a part of such prestigious organization..........

This plant is very good location. And some policies is good and some policies is bad.

First like points is weekly Saturday is half-day for General Shift but shift work hours is not fixed. So family and work not balanced so this is weak point.
