Exllence work culture during Rajeev nambier sir (CEO) time period but now a current days after dec 2023 current CEO Krishna kumar worst working culture and no job security.

This plant is very good location. And some policies is good and some policies is bad.

Dislikes

First like points is weekly Saturday is half-day for General Shift but shift work hours is not fixed. So family and work not balanced so this is weak point.
