1- A Very Toxic Work Culture For BA & Developers Team. 2- In BA Team Operation Head Is Very Rude With Every Junior BA and Same For Developers Team CEO is Very Rude 3-No Salary Management Salary is Getting Late Up to 15 or 20 Days 4-For Fresher BA they Don't Provide Any Training You Need to Learn All things Even They Dont Explain their ERP Flow How its Work 5- Every Month Existing Employees Resign and new employees Join Despite this, the cycle typically continues in every 3-4 months 6-Please Don't Waste Your Time Here If You Joined Your Life Will Go In Depression for Sure
