Nothing Positive here, because this was the Worst organization I have ever worked for. If you realize and start thinking outside the square, then you will be humiliated here like a slave, no laws applicable here at this place because of the worst politics on and offline.. Furthermore, the employees lack the necessary solidarity to standup and speak out against this issue. A lethal combination of the worst management and Slave labour.

Strict Advise :- Don't dare to join this company. (It is like Padmavyuha) Tag line:- name it as DirtyMINDS Solutions (Think Inside the desk only) Skip level advise:- Please shut down your company, if you don't know how to behave with employees.. (Use BP tablets in regular intervals)..

This is the best organization to work with best work culture, professional growth, Learning and development. This is the best place to learn many things from senior management.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is low.

1).As a fresher We need to provide SSC certificate for 2 years bond. 2). Salary was too low as per present Market 3). There is no job Security. Quality calculation is not good. 4). Designation won't be considered in this organization. We need contact manager for every small thing 5). Working hours will be depend on quality score

Such a trash and worth less management and no work ethics or social equality pay is so less no respect along with that presure for such tiny salary almost they treat u like pupets and worthless most times

It's was waste of time there should have never work there they want ur original certificate for 2 yr bond for 10k a months with total 0 zero respect and management

Nothing is there to like in this, no proper facility's, this work experience not useful anywhere. We just weast our time.

no proper response from higher department, no job guarantee, 100% they removes with in 10months with out any intimation. So please i suggest don't join in this company, 4,5 stars reviews all r fake company forcely taken the review's.
