Although it was for a year, but my experience with this company has been good. One of the most wonderful and kind team I had the good fortune to work with. I started here as a fresher and gained a lot of knowledge through the job training, which I am now being able to utilize for my other clients. Heard so much about the team outings but had to give it a miss as I had to leave this company due to my personal issues, but did receive several gifts during my 1 year journey with this company. All I can say is this is one of those companies who post what they preach.

Dislikes

In my one-year tenure, there wasn't anything to dislike. I worked. But still, if I had to mention something at all, then it would be the variety of work I had to do in a day. I am not someone who likes variety, as I tend to forget things. I shared this with by reporting boss - Mitali Ma'am, and she happily changed it the moment she heard it.

Likes

I have received projects from clients based in US, UK and Canada since working with Digital Concepts. It has been a year of my freelancing career with the company and I really enjoy the work culture. Communication is both easy and welcoming. There was a brief period of time when I did not receive any work, when the COVID-19 lock down had begun. But for the past month, I have been receiving regular projects.

Dislikes

Being a freelancer, the opportunity for a salary appraisal is very slim. When I get work, I get a lot of projects. But when there are no projects available, it is a sad life for a freelance content writer.
