There is nothing good left now. The company was good earlier, now it is degrading in terms of work culture and employee benefits.

... reducing employee benefits in all terms. They don't accept for hybrid culture. They name themselves as insuretech but when Employees ask to pay as per the standards, They say they are only insurance company and not tech company.

I really appreciate the company culture and growth opportunity Digit provides. Also people here are friendy, supportive and collaborative. I've been really impressed with the company's commitment to innovation and its strong focus on customer satisfaction.

...ion in my company or in other companies with same experience are earning better. I assure you that i discussed with my manager about the raise in the salary but it didn't bring any positive results.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
