...D only and all department is for name only and they have no power for anything. Company gives false comittment of salary and perks which not fullfilled at the time of releiving of employee. Even company does not pay grauity, leave encashment and any other benefits. Company is in loss just because of ED of the company and it can be improved once it will be in the hand of good person who has knowledge of business expansion.

Pay & perks are decent. Company is lavish & extravagant in hosting town halls & dinner parties for employees. More often than not travel between Mohali & Noida is meaningless

Politics in the organisation stinks. This is fueled by the Executive Director Rohit Ahuja himself. Sycophancy is at the core of the organisational culture. There is no direction in the company strategy & decisions are ad hoc. Everything is remote controlled by the ED Rohit Ahuja. Those who are aware of the work culture of the company simply refuse to join the company. There is sanctity of the commitment made even by the Chairman. The Chairman & the ED will flip flop at the drop of a hat.

The people are good at that time. But the C++ teams are dismantled now. As they don't have cpp projects.

...xist Sir and mam culture, very bad thing, people expect to be called sir or mam Salary is lowest possible means they can't go down than that because of govt guidelines

I was part of service delivery and telco. Excellent work life balance. There is job security if you are above the avg in technical field. Company is having more number of Manager level person as compare to subordinates or entry level/mid level person. good policies like medical claim/ Insurance.

... task. they are not using any development tool. zero performance reorganization. If you are having good or avg package and want comfort then digispice is best for you.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing
