A person who is 22 yrs, has not yet completed his degree and has been designated as a creative manager just because he has some good relations with the CEO. Dumb, with no sense of speaking, and mannerless, I couldn't survive 6 months. Even after Complaining seniors said it was not in their hands

You can get an opportunity to work with briliant founders of this company. For recruiters there is not work pressure or Targets as such. For beginners you will get alot to learn from Priyanka and Ankit ( Founder and co-founder of company)

Customer support, employees welfare is the only leg I can say. Good product but expecting management to be open to motivate and appreciate the ground employees to keep them active . Ground team opinions/issues to be addressed.
