The team is exceptionally collaborative and always ready to support new ideas, whether you are automating document workflows or helping college fests bring their certificates to life. The stipend is surprisingly generous for this kind of role, making it stand out compared to other early career oppurtunities. One of the best parts of this role is the real world impact: I got the chance to generate certificates and official documents for cultural events, workshops, and tech fests across mutliple colleges. Knowing your work is reaching hundreds(sometimes thousands) of students adds a great sense of pride.
