It's good if you want to work in MNC. and like other MNCs it has the same culture, you have to find the project otherwise they will put you on the bench. till now I meet with only good and helpful people.

1. Appraisal process is very pathetic. It's as much as slow that if you are eligible for salary hike from July, your apraised compensation letter will release on September or October months. 2. Performance bonus is in rating based. 3. Promotion is very slow 4. On-site opportunity is very less 5. Very less shift allowance

There have been a few mentions that we’ve wanted, and the first is the backend system. We need to ensure that the payment systems Digi Enter put in place and the way they hook up our site function to accept payments. This is the most important factor and what distinguishes our website from others. Digi Enter has executed the payment side flawlessly. The second aspect is the functionalities of the social site, such as how quickly comments are posted and how seamlessly photos and videos are uploaded because it needs to be seamless on a social media site. That has been very easy for Digi Enter because they have experience doing that. Nobody had any issues with that relative performance at the moment. Finally, we’re measuring the accuracy and functionality of the frontend design, which we’ve had issues with. This includes how the website looks and reacts to people using it. Unfortunately, in the final presentation a few weeks ago, the deliverables were a bit off and not quite accurate to what the stakeholders envisioned. How did Digi Enter perform from a project management standpoint? Digi Enter has been good at meeting deadlines. They usually manage to hit deadlines 95% of the time. We’ve changed our plans halfway through the project, so it has been on Digi Enter to still step up and complete that. The communication is exceptional. Digi Enter always lets me know of any changes when something isn’t correct yet or why something will take longer than they originally envisioned.

As I Maention if you anre not assigned to any project they will put you on the bench which menans you will not get the variable part of your salary. Some accounts are really good where you can spend free time but for some account you have to work over time. Its your luck in whick account you are going to work.

Their work is almost exclusively focused on development, though they have expressed an interest in doing more for us. We did have an unusual request, where we ask them to develop and host a product for managing images and videos, which they delivered on time and to a fixed cost. We tend to lean quite heavily on them to support us with production issues, especially over the holidays.
