It is a contractual job. It is a completely contractual job with no jo security. HR will be good till you join their client and do the work without any complains. Once contract will be over no one from company will recognize you. contract end date will be intimated to you 2 months before. No one will recognize even though you have extended the shifts and work in late nights to complete the deliverables. client has always budget issues. Keep this company in your watchlist and join as your last option if you don't have any other offers. personally once contract is over from one client they dont have any other client to accommodate you. So you need to search jobs outside again.

* Any client issues if you raise, they won't reply. * If project is end or contract terminated by client, immediately they thrown you out and cancel your residence visa. * Company works for clients, not for employees.
