1. You are expected to perform exceptionally well without any proper training. 2. You have to literally beg for your salary. They will make you wait for 2 months. 3. Professionalism is a word that they have never heard of. The managers act as if they are on the streets screaming on top of their voices just like uneducated people. Sorry uneducated was just a word I used to express, but nowdays even uneducated know how to behave. 4. They will ask you to take care of your expences for client visit and reimburse the same money in 2 to 3 months and that to after you beg for it. 5. Your work will never end as their software itself has numerous problems. 6. Their Tech Team needs several reminders to fix an issue and all of them will try to pin it on you when things get out of their hands or when there is an escalation. 7. Never ever trust on what they say/promise. 8. If you are in a bad situation and do not have any other option left, I mean if you have exhausted everything left in you to search for a job, I would still reccomend that you try few more times befor you join Dice. 9. You will leterally learn how to be unprofessional as you will be working in such environment. 10. People with good performance and experience have been asked to leave just because they were not in the good books of the manager. 11. No matter how much I look deeper for something good but this company will do no good to you, so save yourself some time and work with a renowned company.

The company sets high expectations, I've identified several areas where enhancements can make a significant difference. Cultivating a more positive company culture and improving communication & transparency will help to reduce confusion and frustration. Establishing proper processes can help avoid mistakes, and manager being calm and supportive can prevent employees from feeling isolated. Additionally, addressing the current workload distribution and work-life balance is essential, as frequent overtime and the expectation to continuously work can be challenging. With these improvements, Dice has the potential to become a more positive & rewarding workplace for employees.

The hierarchical structure is too strong , the people who are newer can not easily reach the people who are above them , making it harder for them to blend in .
