There is no proper hierarchy here. They will treat you like a machine. I heared from some of my friends still working there that they started working on sundays too Always remember a decent paying job with good worklife balance is better than a high paying workloaded job

Talodyn Networks only gives career growth to people who they like. It's all about favouritism. The managers have no knowledge about the work given by the client and for saving themselves blames the team. Especially the Kolkata managers.
It's been a year since I left Dp, the best part is you will get the salary on time and if you are lucky enough you will get a chance to learn full recruitment process.
For a fresher Dp will be helpful to gain some knowledge about HR DEPARTMENT. You will also know how to work under pressure.

The below things totally depends on the TEAM/MANGER/TL your gonna work with if there are good everything will be opposite.(luckily I had been in a good team for 1.3 yrs then it changed)

There will no work life balance.Your Tl and manager will decide whether your gonna have rat race or a friendly work environment. If he/she is a mess, so will be your mental/ physical health and environment.
You will have leave balance still will not be allowed to use that. Also there will be no payouts on previlage leaves so having them in bulk has no use
When being on RPO you will realise they are putting unnecessary pressure for task which is not doable. And out of your control
You can be fired anytime if any uncertainty hits the IT market by saying performance issue. Or they will make you leave by giving extreme pressure.
