Management is unprofessional. They believe to work with their 25 old diamond employees always. They act as permanent employees and those who newly joined in project they are showcase. Every month leave policy changed. Accounts team shares individual salary to old employees. Old employees are not supportive at all.

Worst company.... their behaviour to other companies are also worst...

Worst behaviour with their employees... and never pay salary on time... and even if they after 2 or 3 month they deduct salary to every employee as u done work... always

Annual meeting of all employees need to know each other. Therefore I request to company organized annual function . To do get energetic, confidence in our working area .
