The company overall is great the pay and benefits of free transportation as well internal care is good. The company profitability and ability to learn more is very nice.

The management is very bad, too many politics on promotion happens only for there friends and family anyone out are just made to work till they die .

Your job is not stable. In the last few years, there were too many reorganization done in DBSI. The top leaders who were working 2-3 years ago have been asked to move out. Do not join if you are looking for a long term career option

If any employee informed any concern with TL or Manager taking that as a negative and show that in the salary hike rather than resolving the issue and believing that employee words (no interest to confirm that information is true or not). No trust between employees with TL and Manager. No support for career development from the manager or TL,

Great brands, employee engagement is good. Bonus and increments are generally very good. Overall company policies are also best-in-class.

Dislikes

Culture is a bit old school. May not be the best place for digital talent to make a career. Generalists, Project managers, Finance managers, Compliance & Audit, Marketing talent will make a better career in Diageo. Processes are outdated and slow and it takes extra-ordinary efforts to deliver ordinary outcomes. Unstructured in general.

...onths we have to keep on follow-up with the HR team and they won't respond back. i left the job on 2 months back still i am following with HR team to get my salary.
