Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good work and environment..but company rules and regulations is very strict and pressure...so that's why iam re-sign my job.

Dislikes

...ethics ...so rules also very strict and full pressure .and target based company.once I will not reach the target ,so salary not provide so I getting financial issues already...told my boss so...many problems is there. personally torchered.this is my reason.

I had worked in customer service company It is excellent experience. Now, I can confidently speak about my communication skills are improved day by day It taught me how to manage time, leadership skills, every single thing very well.

Dislikes

Some times, I had very tight schedules and work stress hard to manage there is slow growth I mean it depends on person performance
