DHL is a well-managed worldwide recognized company so working there and being a part of the DHL Supply chain is so great. There are so many learning opportunities in the management field while working with different client accounts like Nokia, MI, HP, etc. Management skills can be learned there are B2B, B2C, etc. The company has good policies for their employees after 2020 as well as growing opportunities if u obviously work hard.

I got placed from engineering college to DHL Supply chain and they told us to pay a good package after 1-year of internship under a program. while my internship the covid came then after the internship they told us that we are moving you all to the off roll from payroll which I didn't expect to happen. They also decline to pay the same package even after the company was in profit due to excellent work by their staff in the covid situation so each employee was getting a bonus from the company which we were also a part of we didn't get anything, not even our job. In 2021 I resigned from DHL supply chain Gurgaon as there were no growth opportunities for me.

They hired you on contract to serve on roll bosses, No pramotion No job security, Minimal increment, Credit of your work officially stolen by Boss. Daily stretching of work hours without any payment.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are not that great. Favouritism in Indian offices can be pretty much evident! A guy with 5 years experience earns less than a guy with 3.5 years of experience because management decides who gets what and it's not gradual for everyone. And that in my opinion is bad!

Dislikes

No bonus, poor increments. Least bothered about employees as they are hired on contractual basics DHL’s(FTC-Full time contract) or worst you are on third party. This happens only with low grade employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 4 years before which you cannot resign.
