Salary wise not good for NonFT's. And there is no minimum increment for long years. They maintain difference between FT's and NonFT's.

Very good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive. Company policies are Good and they give salary on time and bonus every year.

There are some politics and manegement doesn't address our issues.

I like the environment it's very friendly and helping.And about training also good and Average work satisfaction and Good tendency for Innovation.

There is huge time for growth and salary too.Its a night shift so disturb about the health plus less learning things.

Always nice to smile when i saw the name of DHL but not am not working there but am interest to work in DHL may any chance i will join the company thank you .

My Review is for DHL GSC Centre Vikhroli Mumbai, Not for DHL main office. DHL main office e.g. Supply chain is awesome company to work with as my friend loved to work there. Even I would love to go for Supply chain or DHL Main office but DHL GSC Centre is not so good.

... check on employees, make them frustrated and leave the job as soon as possible. They think they can higher new college pass outs at low salary and work will be done as fluidly and efficiently as old employees doing it.
