Salary was good and some ground floor staff and my manager was very supportive and friendly

To be honest the operation place is not good and fit for female candidate because some of upper level management kind off supervisor and lead level people miss behave with me and other employees they use galiya on the floor & make fun of the people about her age or her work abilities and logo ki disability ko trigger karna. They even don't know ki how to talk to a lady & also don't known a causal manner I am not telling ki make her feel special or whatever. I am only said ki make her feel comfortable & safety in work place.

Good pay & globally a great company . Sad that backwards managers who needs us to bow down to his insults and ugly comments and supervisors that support it makes the lives of employees bad

The management in South India is backwards and plays heavy politics with employees, they create rumors of employees and use it again in appraisal .

Worklife balance nil, No overtime pay, managers play favorites. Poor growth, Fake Employee opinion surveys. Supervisors will force you to click rather they do the surveys themselves on our behalf.

Working Culture, Company focuses on employee to the level best. 5/5 on that. Too many Rewards (obviously In Kind and not in hand/cash 🤭)

Dislikes

...ore time to the company than ones family, regardless of knowledge or skillset. Operations department has less respect and even less pay as compared to other departments.
